Description
Renata Henderson and Bartholomew Jones started Cxffeeblack as a roastery in 2020, and Henderson is known as the first Black woman coffee roaster in Memphis. The company sources, roasts and serves coffee through an all-Black supply chain and honors Ethiopian roasting traditions. Its flagship cafe in Mitchell Heights opened in December 2025.
