Using the site
Kindred Block is a free directory of Black-owned businesses and Black-led organizations. Listing information is provided for general information. Please confirm hours, prices and other details with the business before you visit.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Give accurate information when you sign up. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Business listings and claims
Basic listings are free. When you add or claim a business, you confirm that the business is Black-owned or Black-led and that you own it or are authorized to manage it. New listings and claims are reviewed before they go live, and we may edit, decline or remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading or break these terms.
Reviews and content
Reviews should reflect your own honest experience. Do not post content that is false, hateful, harassing, illegal or that you do not have the right to share, and do not post reviews of your own business or a competitor’s. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give Kindred Block permission to display it on the site. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it, and we are not responsible for the products or services of the businesses listed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
