Day 6 Coffee Co. was opened in downtown Houston in early 2021 by brothers Ricardo "RJ" and Ian Wilson, inspired by their Christian faith and in memory of their late brother Aaron. The menu covers lattes, cold brew and macchiatos, along with pastries, breakfast sandwiches and tacos. It has since added locations in Sugar Land and Richmond.
