Chilte is a Grand Avenue restaurant from chef Lawrence "LT" Smith, a former NFL player, and Aseret Arroyo that moved into a brick-and-mortar space in 2023. The menu is modern Mexican with global influences, with dishes such as quesabirria tacos and yuca fries. It was a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist and named to Bon Appetit's best new restaurants for 2024.
