Dean's was organized in 1954 and has worked from its NE Hancock Street building since 1956, and it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The shop is now in its second generation of family ownership and offers natural hair care, relaxers, pressing, braids, weaves and extensions, and barber cuts and razor shaves.
