Description
Calabash African Kitchen opened in 2022 under Gambian chef Oulay Ceesay Fisher and serves Senegambian dishes such as jollof rice, oxtail stew, egusi soup with fufu, peanut butter stew and fataya pies. Meats are halal, much of the menu is gluten-free, and there are several vegetarian and vegan mains. The dining room has a full bar and hosts catering and private events.
