Bully's is a family-run soul food restaurant on Livingston Road, opened in 1982 by Ballery Tyrone Bully and his father. The James Beard Foundation named it an America's Classic in 2016. Regulars come for turkey necks, oxtails, smothered liver and onions, catfish, greens, and homemade desserts.
