Tips312 is a Black-owned nail salon founded by Meghan Young, who opened it in 2023 with Black women in mind and mentors new nail techs through the business. The Ogden Avenue studio does acrylic and gel manicures, pedicures, hand-painted nail art and fills, takes walk-ins with no deposits, and hosts Sip and Tip parties, group events and a summer nail camp.
