A&R Bar-B-Que was founded in 1983 by Andrew and Rose Pollard as a small takeout stand on Elvis Presley Boulevard and grew into a dine-in restaurant with catering. The menu centers on rib tips, pulled pork sandwiches, smoked turkey legs and ribs. A second location is on Hickory Hill Road in East Memphis.
