Married couple Megan and Quintin Lathan, both Morgan State graduates, opened Beauty Plus on North Charles Street in 2016 and added a second store at Northwood Commons in 2023. The shops stock hair extensions, wigs, braiding hair, hair care, color, makeup and accessories, and hire students from local schools.
