Hearts Empowerment Counseling Center

Hearts Empowerment Counseling Center is a New Jersey group practice founded by Dr. Marline Francois-Madden, LCSW, a Haitian Creole speaking clinician whose practice presents itself as a Black therapist practice in New Jersey. The team helps women, teens and families with depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, racial trauma, grief and relationship issues using CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT and psychodynamic approaches. Individual, family and group therapy are offered in Caldwell and by telehealth.
