Maya-Camille Broussard founded Justice of the Pies and named it in honor of her late father, criminal defense attorney Stephen J. Broussard. The Blackstone Avenue shop bakes sweet and savory pies, quiches and tarts with seasonal menus. Pies also ship nationwide through Goldbelly, and Broussard has published a cookbook.
