Description
Motown Museum occupies Hitsville U.S.A. on West Grand Boulevard, where Motown Records made its hits from 1959 to 1972. Visitors tour Studio A with its original instruments, the control room and Berry Gordy's upstairs flat. Esther Gordy Edwards founded the museum in 1985, and a major campus expansion is underway.
