Patty's Cheesecakes makes artisanal cheesecake desserts, including petites, slices, whole cakes and cheesecake creations, plus catering, event desserts and wholesale orders. Founder Pat Upchurch built the recipes from her grandmother's recipe and her own training. The shop is in the City Foundry food hall in St. Louis.
