Pressed Roots is a blowout bar for women with highly textured hair, founded by Piersten Gaines. Its first location opened in Dallas in March 2020 off Singleton Boulevard, and it has since grown to other Texas cities. Stylists use the salon's own 90 minute silk blowout method.
