PYC, short for Pretty Young Chef, is a dessert and wine bar in downtown Federal Way founded by sisters Victoria and Niesy Gaul with their mother. It pairs desserts and soul food plates with wine, hosts wine education and themed events, and features BIPOC winemakers. The brick-and-mortar space on 1st Avenue S followed more than a decade of pop-ups and catering.
