Married co-founders Kye Freeman-Chaudhry and Shahron Chaudhry started Saanj to make wine culture feel more welcoming. Their unoaked, food-friendly Riesling, Rosé, Chardonnay and Grenache moved from pop-ups to a tasting room at KOMO Plaza in 2026.
