Shea Locs was founded in 2008 by master cosmetologist and loctician Vernice Samuels. The studio specializes in cultivated locs, Sisterlocks, loc extensions and retwists, and also does braids, twists, color and cuts. Besides the Cascade Road salon, it has locations in Morrow and McDonough.
