Founded by licensed professional counselor Esperanza Winters, The Practice MKE is a small group practice on Milwaukee's northwest side serving teen girls 14 and up and adult women. Clinicians address anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, self-esteem, grief, codependency, boundaries and postpartum depression. Sessions are in person in Milwaukee or online anywhere in Wisconsin, and most major insurance is accepted.
