Description
Musician Steve Ewing of The Urge started Steve's Hot Dogs as a late night hot dog cart in 2008 and grew it into a restaurant, now on South Grand. The signature St. Louis Dog comes with provolone, grilled peppers and onions, bacon and a house smoked pepper mustard, and most items have a vegan version. The shop also serves smash burgers and runs a Feed the People meal giveback.
