Meskerem was opened in 2007 by Henok Gerbi and Atsede Wondem, with Wondem cooking dishes she learned from family. The menu covers doro wat, kitfo, lentil sambosas, collard greens and meat or vegetarian combo platters served on injera and eaten by hand. Ethiopian coffee is also on offer.
