Carolima's Lowcountry Cuisine

Carolima's is a Gullah Geechee catering company and in-house dessert boutique in West Ashley, founded by sisters Emma Cromedy and Sameka Jenkins, who grew up in the Hamlin community of Mount Pleasant. They cater luncheons, corporate events and family reunions with dishes like fried chicken, okra soup and collard greens, and bake Southern sweets such as Charleston Chewies, pound cakes and tea cakes. Pickup, drop-off and full-service options are offered.
