A Taste of New Orleans serves Cajun and Creole food including po boys, fried seafood baskets, jambalaya, crawfish pasta and beignets. Owner Lee Franklin Jr., a native of New Orleans's 7th Ward, opened it in 2013 with business partner Montoya Johnson after moving to Omaha. It also runs a food truck and catering.
