Jerk Shack is a Caribbean restaurant owned by Seattle-born chef Trey Lamont, who learned to cook in his grandmother's kitchen. The kitchen grinds its own spice blends and smokes and fries Jamaican-inspired dishes such as jerk chicken, with daily lunch and dinner service. It also caters and now operates from 24th Ave in the Central District after starting out in Belltown.
