Lo-Lo's Chicken & Waffles serves fried chicken, waffles and soul food sides on South Central Avenue south of downtown Phoenix. Larry "Lo-Lo" White started it in 1997 as a weekend pop up out of his grandmother's Mrs. White's Golden Rule Cafe. He also owns Monroe's Hot Chicken downtown.
