PJay's Kitchen is a veteran-owned micro-diner on Granby Street opened in January 2024 by Chef Phillip James, who served seven years in the Army. The street-inspired menu features oxtail, jerk chicken and shrimp, rasta pasta and fried seafood baskets and sandwiches. Seating is limited indoors and out, with online ordering, catering and private parties available.
