Powder Beauty Co. was founded by Joy Terrell, who started out as Powder Nails & Facial Bar and built the business around dip powder manicures she first discovered in Atlanta. The studio in the Row DTLA complex offers manicures, pedicures, nail art and premium nail services, plus lashes and waxing, and has a Precision Care Club membership.
