Vaucresson's is run by the Vaucresson family, whose sausage company dates to 1899 and whose Bourbon Street cafe was the first Black-owned business on that street. The St. Bernard Avenue cafe and butcher shop serves hot sausage po-boys and Creole plates. Sausage packs and catering are also available.
