Hope Credit Union was started in 1994 by Bill Bynum and has grown into a community development credit union serving the Deep South, with headquarters at Old River Place in Jackson. The University Boulevard branch offers lobby and drive-up service for checking, savings, mortgages, consumer and small business loans, and Hope also runs branches at the Jackson Medical Mall and on I-55 North. It is federally insured by the NCUA.
